Applied Ethics Resources on WWW was developed, funded, and maintained as a project of the W. Maurice Young Centre for Applied Ethics. The website contains a variety of resources on Applied Ethics. The Ethics Web Bookstore , which is an online ethics bookstore, is also a project of this website. W. Maurice Young Centre for Applied Ethics is an interdisciplinary research unit within the College for Interdisciplinary Studies, at the University of British Columbia.

Globethics.net is a worldwide ethics network based in Geneva, with an International Board of Foundation. The aim of Globethics.net is to provide an electronic platform to ensure that people in all regions of the world are empowered to reflect and act on ethical issues. In order to ensure access to knowledge resources in Applied Ethics, Globethics.net has developed its Globethics.net library, the leading global digital library on ethics. In addition to the library, Globethics.net also offers the opportunity to join or form electronic working groups for purposes of networking or collaborative research.

Rock Ethics Institute at Penn State aims to promote ethical awareness and inquiry across the University, and in the public and professional sectors, through a three-fold emphasis on teaching, research, and outreach.
Ethics Institute at Utrecht University aims to explore and clarify practical moral problems and to teach students how to reflect on the moral dimensions in their field of study. This involves both theoretical work in moral philosophy and applied studies. Our research focuses on the foundations of human rights, in particular the concepts of dignity and autonomy, on the methodology of ethics education, and on moral problems in public health, technology, and animal and environmental ethics.

Society for Applied Philosophy (SAP)was founded in 1982 with the aim of promoting philosophical study and research that has a direct bearing on areas of practical concern. It arose from an increasing awareness that many topics of public debate are capable of being illuminated by the critical, analytic approach characteristic of philosophy, and by direct consideration of questions of value. These topics come from a number of different areas of social life – law, politics, economics, science, technology, medicine and education are among the most obvious. Journals on Applied Ethics
Theoretical and Applied Ethics is an e-journal designed to help showcase the most exciting work in philosophical ethics. Theoretical & Applied Ethics is published by the Society for Moral Inquiry. The journal is particularly interested in inter-disciplinary approaches in ethics, and papers that link ethics with other areas of philosophy, such as metaphysics or epistemology.
International Journal of Applied Philosophy is committed to the view that philosophy can and should be brought to bear upon the practical issues of life. Accordingly, this peer-reviewed journal publishes philosophical articles dealing with practical issues in business, education, the environment, government, health care, law, psychology, and science.
The Australian Journal of Professional and Applied Ethics is the official journal of the Australian Association for Professional and Applied Ethics. It is published twice a year by the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics. The Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics (CAPPE) is an Australian Research Council special research centre. CAPPE aims to combine frontier research in social and applied philosophy with close attention to the concrete problems and requirements of practitioners in the public sphere.
